K-Street by Puma and Jil Sander Is All About Control and Comfort

New K-street models convey the values of purity, functionality, and precision, which are highly important to both the PUMA sportswear brand and the collaborative company JIL SANDER. The two brands collaborated in October 2025 to create the King Avanti models, and the new collection continues their creative conversation. The new collaboration between JIL SANDER and PUMA was developed under the direction of creative director Simone Bellotti.

“I like footwear that is streamlined, with the thin nest of soles, embracing the foot with a natural line. This is my signature in shoe-design.”

The streamlined, contoured sneaker

K-Street conveys the refined footwear philosophy focused on simplicity and purpose into something you’ll want to wear on your feet. The streamlined sneaker features a closed, contoured shape, which follows the natural shape of the foot. An ultrathin sole helps create a balance between tension and comfort. The sinuous shape is intentionally chosen to capture a sense of speed. The flowing lines span throughout the sneaker, starting with the Formstrip all the way to the sole, shaping every little detail along the way. As a result, K-Street sports a silhouette that combines precision and dynamism. The design allows control in a shoe made for movement.

The inspiration behind K-Street

The upper layer draws inspiration from the iconic PUMA running spike, the H-Street, while the sole takes cues from the world of karate. This prolific combination of sports disciplines is responsible for the name of the collection. K-Street sneakers come in two material options and three colourways. Therefore, the wearers can choose between perforated suede (in beige canvas and matte bronze) or electric blue nylon (with contrasting suede detailing). PUMA’s recognisable leaping animal is incorporated into the model’s heel, while JIL SANDER branding graces the space beneath the eyelets.

The partnership that keeps on giving

JIL SANDER’s recognisable simplistic designer language shines through, capturing a strong sense of intentional minimalism. The K-Street collection continues the brand’s exploration of contrast, creating designs that merge structure and lightweight. The partnership between the two companies dates back to 1998, when JIL SANDER transformed iconic PUMA’s football lace-ups into premium leather sneakers. The collaboration that spans several collections and several decades continues to transform the intersection of fashion and sport.

K-Street sneakers were launched on April 8, 2026. The blue nylon version is available exclusively at the JIL SANDER online store and JIL SANDER retail stores, while the suede version of the unisex sneaker has global availability through retail partners of the brand. All models are priced at $430.

The partnership between PUMA and JIL SANDER has brought a new expression and form, with the new collection, inspired by two seemingly incompatible sports.
