Cloudspa Sanctuary is a spa hotel in Shanxi Province that reworks a traditional siheyuan courtyard into a quiet retreat built around water, basalt stone, and simple, tactile materials. Designed by Ruize Design, the project guides guests from room to room through a sequence of spaces that move from rest to bathing, while keeping the original structure and atmosphere intact.
