Step into the world of The Oppenheim Group, where real estate meets luxury in the heart of Los Angeles. As fans eagerly await the next season of Selling Sunset, we took a peek inside the cast’s stunning new office, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. The new space blends the rich colours and decadent details of Old Hollywood with modern touches, creating an ambience that’s both timeless and contemporary.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by herringbone flooring that exudes warmth and sophistication. Mint velvet sofas from Rove Concepts and Midnight Blue walls set the stage for drama reminiscent of Old Hollywood glamour.
A standout feature of the office is the large Calacatta Viola marble bar, crafted to command attention. But it’s not just about grandeur – the space also boasts creative elements, such as a circular sofa crafted from a six-foot-wide billboard pole, adorned with luminescent white steel pipes.
To add a touch of nature, faux succulents are strategically placed throughout the office, while a captivating gallery wall showcases Samsung Frame TVs encased in vintage-style frames. Each Augustus Desk by Rove Concepts is elegantly illuminated by mushroom-shaped brass lamps from Buster + Punch.
Entertainment is also at the forefront, with an angular 11 Ravens pool table beckoning in one corner, alongside a cosy whiskey bar and mood lighting. Adjacent to the workspace, a library wall features antique vellum-bound books and vintage radios curated by Jason Oppenheim himself, complete with a humidifying LED-lit fireplace that bathes the room in a soft orange glow.
And let’s not forget about the sound – an audio system from Bang and Olufsen ensures that every beat is felt, rivalling even the most renowned clubs in Los Angeles.
For help in crafting the vision of their new office, which boasts twice the size of its predecessor, Jason Oppenheim once again turned to his trusted collaborators, Alex Becheru and Alice Kwan Becheru of the esteemed design firm White Glove Estates. With their expertise and a keen eye for detail, the Becherus brought the concept to life, ensuring every element of the space exudes sophistication and luxury. Their partnership with Oppenheim Group has proven to be a recipe for success, as evidenced by the awe-inspiring result of this latest project.
With double the space and a fresh new design, the LA office of The Oppenheim Group is a true testament to their success and a glimpse into the future of luxury real estate. So, while we wait for the next season of Selling Sunset, let’s take a moment to appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship and impeccable style of the cast’s new workspace.
