The show floor transforms into a vibrant venue filled with live performances (lineup to be announced), giving attendees a sneak peek at the exceptional displays.

This year, IDS Toronto boasts an exciting mix of returning favorites and fresh faces. Leading industry names like ARD Outdoor, Ateliers Jacob, Cosentino, and House of Rohl return to showcase their latest creations. Night & Day: The evolution of hotel design
Hospitality takes the spotlight with Night & Day: The Evolution of Hotel Design. This feature delves into how hotels have transformed into multifunctional hubs for work, leisure, and connection. Four spaces designed by leading interior designers and architects will explore emerging trends like hybrid functionality, innovative materials, and aspirational aesthetics. This feature aims to spark conversations about how hotels will shape our experiences in the future.
LIV Design Studio’s 2025 Student Challenge
LIV Design Studio continues its tradition of supporting young talent with The Third Space: Designing a Lobby for Connection. This challenge invites Canadian design students to create a lobby that fosters social interaction while blending comfort, inclusivity, and adaptability. The top three designs will be brought to life through Augmented Reality (AR) and judged on creativity, functionality, and innovation. Attendees can participate by voting for the People’s Choice Award, adding an interactive element to the experience.
Studio North and Prototype
Sponsored by Yorkville University, these beloved features celebrate emerging Canadian designers. Visitors can discover innovative products and concepts that showcase the next generation of design brilliance.
The District

Trade Days: A hub for professionals
On January 23 and 24, IDS Toronto opens its doors exclusively to industry professionals. These trade days are packed with opportunities to network, explore, and learn.
A series of 22 accredited seminars will cover a range of topics, offering insights into the latest trends and challenges in interior design. The event promises an enriching lineup of sessions, tailored for professionals eager to explore emerging trends, sustainable practices, and innovative design solutions.
