Porsche, renowned for its engineering excellence and luxury sports cars, has partnered with Italian coffee machine manufacturer La Marzocco to create a limited-edition espresso machine that epitomizes style, craftsmanship, and innovation.
This collaboration introduces a special edition of the La Marzocco Linea Micra, available in only 911 units worldwide, a nod to Porsche’s iconic 911 model.
Blending design and heritage
The exclusive Linea Micra espresso machine is offered in two striking design variants. Inspired by the original Porsche color, the Slate Grey Neo design brings understated sophistication to any space.
The Martini Racing design celebrates Porsche’s historic partnership with Martini Racing and echoes the livery of the legendary 1973 911 Carrera RSR that triumphed at the Targa Florio endurance race in Sicily. These designs reflect Porsche’s heritage while seamlessly blending with La Marzocco’s signature craftsmanship.
Automotive-inspired features
The compact Linea Micra is adorned with features reminiscent of Porsche sports cars. The twist handles for steam, and hot water controls mirror Porsche’s drive mode switch. The magnetic drip tray and cup warmer incorporate the color schemes of the Porsche 911 GT3 with the Touring Package. The analog pressure gauges evoke the look of a classic Porsche speedometer. Anodized aluminum is used for the rotary handles and portafilter handle, emphasizing durability and precision, while black hexagon socket screws add a bold and contemporary touch.

The technology behind the Linea Micra
This special edition is based on the La Marzocco Linea Micra, a dual-boiler espresso machine known for its compact design and advanced functionality. The machine features dual stainless steel boilers to control brewing temperature and steam pressure independently. It boasts a quick heat-up time and a customizable portafilter that allows for single-spout, double-spout, and bottomless setups. The user-friendly water tank has a 2-litre capacity and can connect directly to a water supply. The integrated steam wand ensures perfect milk frothing for cappuccinos and lattes, while the La Marzocco Home App supports programmable switch-on times, timer functions, and video tutorials.

Global launch and availability
The espresso machine debuted on October 21, 2024, at Soho Farmhouse in London, accompanied by a pop-up café launch in Los Angeles and a showcase at the Shanghai Coffee Festival. It is available for purchase at Porsche Centres, the Porsche online shop, and Porsche Design Stores, with prices starting at €4,950.
Matching accessories include an electric coffee grinder, espresso, and cappuccino cups, ensuring a complete coffee experience.
