The Dutch brand Moooi is one of the most original voices in contemporary design and will fit perfectly into Maison Territo’s portfolio, centred on character and craftsmanship. Founded 25 years ago in Amsterdam by Marcel Wanders and Casper Vissers, Moooi presents pieces at the intersection of art, industrial design, and storytelling. The addition of an extra “o” in Moooi signals a measure of originality and beauty beyond required, a motto that continues to shape the company today.
Initially conceived as a presence, the Dutch brand’s creations combine precision with practical needs. Airy and subtle throughout the day, they turn into warm buzzing constellations when night falls. Meshmatics Chandelier by Rick Tegelaar elevates galvanised wire netting through a layered construction that enhances the piece’s visual impact while preserving a sense of transparency within the room.
