The Design Museum Brussels was abuzz with creativity and innovation as it hosted the prestigious European Product Design Award (EPDA) Winners’ Ceremony on 8 May. This grand event, now in its seventh year, brought together over 100 talented designers from around the globe to celebrate outstanding achievements in product design across a multitude of disciplines and sectors.
The evening began with an inspiring opening speech by Hossein Farmani, the Founder & President of the European Product Design Award, setting the tone for an evening of recognition and celebration. The awards were presented by a distinguished panel of guest speakers, including Arnaud Bozzini, Director of the Design Museum Brussels, and Celine Vainsel, Director of Administration for Cultural Affairs, Sports, and Social Tourism within the French Community Commission in Belgium.
Among the prominent design companies in attendance were: Designability, Casa Vigar S.L., Dark At Night Nv, and MODYN, alongside talented students from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Royal College of Art, German University In Cairo, and Folkwang University of Art were honored with prestigious distinctions.
