Sport brand PUMA and multitalented artist A$AP Rocky will release a new 3D-printed sport shoe named Mostro 3.D Mule. The shoe was originally showcased at Rocky’s Fashion Show in New York in February 2026, capturing the attention of a global audience.
3D-printed shoes from Puma
Mostro 3.D Mule features a brand new style radically transformed with 3D printing technology. 3D-printing allowed the designers to think outside of the box, crafting shapes and silhouettes never before seen in footwear. The new model comes in two colourways: blue and red, and black and red. The bold colourways paired with spikey details capture the gaze during daily use. The branding is placed both on the insole and the outer side of the shoe. And while the jumping puma logo graces the shoe sides, the sole also features PUMA designed by A$AP writing in red. The unique shape of the shoe inspires the wearer to let their wild side loose during walks.

Original Mostro Shoe
The original PUMA Mostro, launched in 1999, has long been the favourite of those who defy the norms. Named after an Italian word for “monster”, its appearance carries the sensation of horror films. The 1999 icon represents a mix of 1960 spikes and 1980s surfing shoes. Boasting a trademark spiked sole with strap closure and breathable mesh upper, the original PUMA Mostro has built a legacy of flexibility and comfort. More than 20 years later, the original design is still available in stores but has accepted several new models into its Mostroverse.
Mostro 3d shoes and socks
By taking the original shoes as the starting point, A$AP Rocky evolved the design into a mule silhouette. By pushing the limits of design and style, the talented musician, artist, and designer has created a shoe for those with a distinct, ground-breaking aesthetic. Apart from the shoes, the company will also release a set of A$AP Rocky x PUMA socks to complete the drop. The socks follow the black and red colour palette of the Mostro 3.D Mule shoe with a white leaping puma that becomes complete when the socks are paired together.
Limited pairs of the Mostro 3.D Mule will be dropped on May 21, 2026, at 10 am Eastern Time in the United States, Europe, Japan, China, Korea, and Southeast Asia on PUMA.com, the PUMA App, and select retailers.
