The collaboration between baby gear manufacturer Nuna and the popular automobile brand BMW resulted in a collection of premium strollers for kids. With exceptional attention to detail favoured by both brands, the collection also prioritises the safety of your youngsters. New products feature exclusive wheels and elevated mate frames accompanied by gloss accents, a combination that provides an outstanding design without needing to compromise on function. Recognisable BMW symbols such as an iconic logo, BMW design patterns and metal BMW badges (located on the peek-a-boo window flaps), add a touch of luxury and elegance.
swiv
Swiv features all-wheel 360 rotation, instant pivot navigation controlled by pressing and holding a button on the pushbar. Going back to the traditional strolling mode can be done by releasing the button. The strollers can be easily packed with one hand. The light aluminium frame is reinforced with carbon fiber to add greater durability and strength to this lightweight package, while also providing a visually appealing, modern aesthetic with its unique eave pattern. It soothes bumps on the road with spring seat suspension technology. The pivoting handle is adjustable and can be set in three positions, while the zipper pocket on the back of the seat opens a large basket with a capacity of 22 lbs. The model comes in muted earthy brown colour named umber with BMW Crystal pattern paired with chocolate leatherette accent.
triv next
Triv next comes in the colour Graphene that can be described as medium graphite gray. The elegant tones are accompanied by the BMW logo and black leatherette accents, while the BMW trinity pattern appears on the fabric and frame. The recliner can be set in three positions, while an adjustable calf rest also boasts a BMW logo. These features, combined with a durable footrest, ensure a comfortable ride. The seat can be folded flat regardless of the direction the baby is facing. The safety concerns are solved with a self-guiding MagneTech magnetic secure snap buckle that automatically locks. A 5-point no-rethread harness can be easily converted to a 3-point harness.
Removable insert featuring an embroidered BMW logo contains Merino wool and Tencel lyocell, making the stroller lightweight and lightly textured. The seat can be easily converted to mesh in summer, making it adaptable for all seasons. Armbar is removable to fit kids of all sizes. The strollers are water repellent with a UPF 50+ canopy which protects from the sun, and includes an extendable flopout eyeshade and a BMW badge located on the peek-a-boo window flaps. The logo is placed at the center of the wheels as well, which come with foam-filled rubber tires and a swivel lock front. Apart from a zippered pocket for storage, the model also features an oversized shopping basket for additional space. Smooth rides are ensured with spring suspension technology under the seat.
trvl lx
The lx version of the trvl features a neutral beige mica colour with a BMW Crystal pattern. Luxe chocolate leatherette accents are gracing the pushbar and armbar, which are rotating and removable, providing a comfortable ride for children up to 50 lbs. The customizable seat adjustment allows more engagement for the baby watching the world from upright positions. On the other hand, the stroller can also be lowered to convert the seat to the carriage position.
Wheels are equipped with never-flat airless tyres, a one-touch braking system and a progressive front and rear-wheel suspension technology. MagneTech secure snap no-rethread harness allows for height adjustments without needing to manually re-route the straps through slots. Trvl lx can be folded with a single hand into a self-standing object. The extendable UPF 50+ canopy model is also present on the lx as well as a BMW logo-branded peek-a-boo flap. Both trvl next and trvl lx can be paired with PIPA aire rx car seat to create a cosy travel system.
mixx next
Just like triv next mixx next, also features a MagneTech Secure Snap, a removable armbar and UPF 50+ canopy. However, instead of three, it has a 5-position recline that can be adjusted with one hand. The model comes in striking carbon black colour with BMW logo accent, trinity pattern, and chocolate luxe leatherette accents. Mixx Next can be paired with 4 types of infant car seats from the Nuna PIPA series with a ring adapter. Adjustable calf support includes an embroidered BMW logo (also integrated into infant insert) and a footrest for a cosy ride. The seat can be unsnapped to mesh, ensuring all-season use. The wheels include Free Flex suspension on the back pair and progressive suspension on the front two wheels. Rubber foam-filled tires sport a premium BMW logo and recognizable BMW Trinity pattern treads. Regardless of which way the seat is facing, the product can be folded to become compact and self-standing. Nuna x BMW Collection won the European Product Design Award in FAMILIES & KIDS/Gears & Strollers: Other Designs.
