Parador, a leading manufacturer of premium flooring solutions, is proud to announce that its Bespoke Engineered Wood Flooring has been selected for the new Manolo Blahnik boutique in Milan, Italy, designed by architect Nick Leith-Smith.
The luxury footwear and accessories brand’s first standalone store in the Italian fashion capital features Parador’s Wide Plank flooring in the Sienna colourway, providing an elegant foundation for the 300-square-metre, three-storey retail space.

A luxurious new boutique
Located in Milan’s prestigious Via Pietro Verri shopping district, the boutique is Manolo Blahnik’s second location in Italy and celebrates the brand’s admiration for Italian craftsmanship, a value that aligns perfectly with Parador’s focus on quality and design excellence.
“We are honoured that the Nick Leith-Smith and the Manolo Blahnik design team selected Parador flooring for their new Milan boutique. Our Bespoke Engineered Wood Flooring in Sienna provides the perfect balance of warmth, durability, and sophisticated design that luxury retail environments demand. The wide plank format adds a sense of spaciousness and continuity throughout the two-storey space, allowing the exquisite footwear and accessories to take centre stage.”

A perfect match
Parador’s Wide Plank Engineered Wood Flooring was chosen to complement the boutique’s distinctive interior, which reflects Manolo Blahnik’s signature aesthetic whilst paying homage to the late mother of namesake designer Manolo Blahnik.
The warm Sienna tone harmonises beautifully with the store’s monochromatic details, inspired by her kitchen in Spain, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and refined.

Engineered for luxury retail
The engineered wood construction of Parador’s Wide Plank flooring offers stability and longevity, essential qualities for high-traffic retail environments. The bespoke nature of the installation ensures a perfect blend with the boutique’s architectural elements, including tall, structured geometric shapes inspired by sculptor Constantin Brâncuși’s work, which infuse art and design into the space.
The Sienna colour features rich, warm undertones that enhance the natural beauty of the wood whilst providing a versatile backdrop that complements both the minimalist and artistic elements of the interior design.
