Leading the way for Africa‘s leather, textile, apparel, and technology industries, the 11th AFRICA SOURCING AND FASHION WEEK (ASFW) is set to take place from 30th October until 2nd November 2025 at the Addis International Conference Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
ASFW 2025 welcomes stakeholders from the textile, apparel, leather, technology, and home decor sectors, including wholesale, retail, boutique stores, and the hospitality industry. With participation from over 200 manufacturers from more than 30 countries, this event will serve as a platform to showcase products and innovations to a global audience of over 7,000 trade professionals and sourcing industry experts. Expectations are high, with over 70 countries set to attend again. The ASFW has created over 50,000 new jobs for young people in the past years!
At this 11th edition, ASFW will spotlight crucial industry topics such as CIRCULARITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, and THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. Additionally, discussions will revolve around the ROLE OF AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS in these vital sectors.
The unique WALK FOR BUSINESS initiative will foster connections between over 30 high-end African designers and international buyers and fashion brands, paving the way for exciting future collaborations.
As Africa‘s sole trade show for technology, ASFW offers a substantial platform for machinery dedicated to clothing production, textiles, dyeing, finishing, and chemical suppliers.
In 2025, the event will feature participation from nearly all African garment-manufacturing nations, showcasing a diverse range of textiles, apparel, technology, leather products, home decor, and fashion design.
AFRICA SOURCING AND FASHION WEEK is organized in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, the Ethiopian Ministry of Industry, and the Ethiopia Textile and Garment Manufacturers Association (ETGAMA).
