Located in the Valle de Bravo’s forest San Simon Cabins is where luxury meets nature, and does so rather astonishingly. Designed by Weber Arquitectos with interior design by Anina Schulte-Trux Interiors, it is a residential complex with five cabins (over 5,000m²), with the layout enhancing the natural landscape of the place by incorporating the existing trees into the decor. It creates the ambiance of humans’ coexistence with nature, grounding guests and making them reconnect with the world.

The interior design of San Simon Cabins is full of earthy tones, exhilarating the essence of the place even further. It provides comfort while looking elegant among the natural beauty of the forest outside. The latter can be observed even inside the cabins thanks to the wide windows, creating the illusion of an open space among the serenity. It also invites the light inside, making each cabin brighter and more stunning. The interiors combine elements of contemporary design along with a rural life aesthetic that has been trending as of late.

Although the design is minimalistic, its luxury lies in details. Clean lines and a color palette are intertwined with carefully crafted furniture. The variety of gray and black is complemented by the wooden components of the interior design. While white oak, felt, and leather blend with neutral textiles.

Guests can choose to spend time outdoors exploring the Valle de Bravo’s forest or spend quality time outside within the facility. As each cabin is private, residents need to walk through the forest to enter their secluded place. In addition to that, interior patios with lush plants can be found in each bathroom. Those who would like to escape and spend some time in solitude can do so in their cabin with treated wood lattices not only filtering light but also providing privacy.
