Backdrop is a system of modular panels and posts for outdoor use, designed by Kem Studio for Landscape Forms, that gives users the freedom to create almost any layout they imagine. Backdrop is made out of a combination of sturdy metal framework and wooden surfaces, boasting both an industrial and natural aesthetic perfect for any type of environment.

Apart from the sturdy and sleek design, what makes Backdrop interesting is the fact that it can be placed in various positions and, therefore, create several unique layouts. From forming the perfect spot for intimate dinners, with tall metal panels providing privacy and wooden tabletops the dining area, to functional workspaces, where panels form semi-enclosed zones completed with high stools and tables. The only thing that is missing is the personal touch of the users, who can add anything from plants to fairy lights or even some pops of colour here and there.

Backdrop’s endless configurations allow it to adapt to any site, which can help users make the most out of previously underutilised outdoor areas. Dining, working, or socialising are some of the functions Backdrop can give an answer to, all while looking sleek and modern.
