The first additively manufactured lattice padding system
The headband features a low-profile silhouette familiar to athletes, but the padding underneath uses the world’s first additive-manufacturing lattice impact system in a soft-shell headband. These lattices absorb hits and disperse impact more efficiently than traditional foam systems while keeping the lightweight profile and exceptional airflow. The see-through Vapour Black finish showcases the internal lattice design, bringing a contemporary aesthetic with advanced protection and unmatched comfort.
Stitch-free design
The x7c+ innovative softshell head protection replaces stitched and sewn foam with a stitch-free shell. The shell is injection-moulded, while the seamless chassis features ultrasonically welded flexible segments. The innovation eliminates weak points, reduces bulk and boosts durability.
A more secure fit is ensured through L extension holes that result in a multidirectional stretch and stabilising effect during play. Precision-cut L extension openings inside the lycra substrate are specially designed to serve as controlled expansion zones. The lightweight, low-profile chassis moves together with the head while maintaining structural stability. The result is a better, more secure fit accompanied by a less restrictive feel during intensive movements.
Lightweight design in three sizes
The X7c+ Protective Headband comes in three sizes: small, medium and large fit for all genders. All sizes feature an injection-moulded, ultrasonically welded chassis as well as the precision-cut Lexntension holes, making every size equally flexible and comfortable for wearers.
Predominantly black, the translucent Vapour Black finish with a touch of green reveals the internal lattice design. Weighing less than 100 grams, the headband is almost seamless despite its advanced protective benefits. The breathability is improved with a moisture-wicking exterior and soft liner, ensuring enduring comfort even after hours of playing.
