For Spring/Summer 2026, Uniqlo continues its work with Roger Federer under the creative direction of Clare Waight Keller. The collection is rather small, with only seven garments: two DRY-EX polo shirts, one pair of active shorts, a long-sleeve 3D knit polo, a 3D knit hoodie, a DRY Stretch jacket and a pair of joggers.

Green and Wimbledon
The inspiration for the collection was, quite obviously, Federer’s own wardrobe. Navy and white were kept from previous drops as main colours, with grey, black, yellow and blue complementing them, while this year green is introduced as the main seasonal tone. At the launch in Covent Garden, Waight Keller linked that green to Wimbledon, the iconic Grand Slam.

The two polos
The stars of the collection are the polos. First, a button-front DRY-EX polo with a standing collar, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem in green, white, black, yellow and blue. This version uses quick-dry DRY-EX fabric with breathable mesh and an airy piqué handle, while ventilation was added to the underarms, centre back, raglan seams and inside the collar. The other is a half-zip version, offered in green, white and navy, with mesh placed at the sides, underarms, centre back and inner collar. Federer singled out the polos during the launch as the pieces he wears the most, a piece of information that explains the extra attention given to their cut and finish.

Garments for each moment
The shorts were made for active moments, combining DRY function with stretch fabric and side mesh panels. There is an open slit for movement, a zipped pocket at the back and UPF50+ protection. The knit pieces were designed for those moments off court, and there are two options: a hoodie and a long-sleeve polo with mesh under the arms, under the sleeves and at the back of the collar.
The jacket and joggers, both made from the same polyester and elastane fabric, complete the outfit as a matching DRY Stretch set. The jacket includes a bonded chest pocket and a contrasting strip of colour behind the front zip. The joggers keep the bonded detailing but move the zip pocket to the back and narrow the leg. At the launch, Waight Keller described this side of the collection as less gym-oriented and more tailored.

The collection is already out and about, since April 2, and it is available at Uniqlo’s website.
