Flatten to use in hard-to-reach spaces
With just 1.5 inches in diameter, the Dyson PencilWash steers naturally with a simple twist. The cleaning product weighs just 4.9lbs and 0.84 lbs in hand, and can be flattened to 170° to clean under low furniture and similar hard-to-reach spaces. The latest wet cleaner comes without a filter, which makes it odour-free. The lack of a filter prevents dirt from sticking to the product, causing bacteria to multiply, and odour to be emitted, additionally making the PencilWash easier to clean. The filter-free design eliminates the risk of blockages or performance drop, ensuring long use and reliable cleaning results.
Spotless cleaning
The new product by Dyson is specifically designed to clean any mess found along the way, including stains and wet spills. Its high-density microfiber roller uses 64,000 filaments per cm² to gather wet and dry debris, which are later extracted (along with dirty water) from the roller on rotation. The technology is combined with a precise 8-point hydration system, which provides water to the roller. With a constant delivery of clean water, you can be sure that you are only using fresh water to clean your floors, making them spotless.
Customizable hydration modes
Highly customizable hydration modes allow the owners to adjust the use of water depending on the surface they are cleaning and what they are planning to clean. The two hydration models range from tackling light spills to stubborn stains, providing maximum results each time and a fast-drying finish. A full clean water tank with a capacity of 10 fl oz can clean up to 1,076ft² of flooring, while the battery ensures 30 minutes of uninterrupted use. This feature makes the product convenient even for larger spaces.
Dyson 02 Probiotic hard floor cleaning solution
Although sold separately, it is highly advisable to use the Dyson 02 Probiotic hard floor cleaning solution with your PencilWash. The formula, specially developed to work well with all Dyson wet and dry cleaners, provides cleaner performance and longer-lasting cleans. The product manages to clean surfaces on a microscopic level, effectively eliminating grime and dirt. Its non-foaming, non-toxic formula won’t create unnecessary mess or hurt your floors, your pets, or your children.
The Dyson PencilWash will be available online or at Dyson Stores and selected retailers starting from March 17, 2026.
