London’s premier workspace design event, the Workspace Design Show, returns on 26-27 February 2025 at the Business Design Centre, bringing together the industry’s top architects, designers, developers, and innovators. With the theme ‘Activate the Senses’, this year’s show will focus on multi-sensory and immersive environments, emphasizing how workplace design can enhance wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.

The Workspace Design Show has solidified its place in the industry, attracting over 5,000 attendees from 40+ countries in previous years. With more than 500 product launches and 135 expert speakers, the 2025 edition promises to push the boundaries of workplace innovation.

This year’s features offer a range of immersive installations and thought-provoking discussions:

  • Entrance Feature by ID:SR – An inviting and interactive arrival experience featuring reflective surfaces, natural textures, and animated silhouettes, emphasizing holistic, hospitality-focused workplace design.
  • Design Talks Area, Sponsored by Umbrella & Gensler – Bringing together leading figures in the commercial design industry to discuss the latest trends in workplace strategy and culture.
  • Visitors Lounge by M Moser Associates – A ‘Reclaimed’ concept transforming surplus materials into a sensory environment, featuring brands like Andreu World, Atrium, Modus, and more.
  • The Occupiers Forum: The View from HQ – Designed by Ryder Interiors, this forum will explore sustainability, sensory experiences, and workplace transformation with insights from major corporate occupiers.
  • Material Bank’s Sensory Installation – A curated selection of sustainable surfaces and luxurious textiles, allowing visitors to engage with innovative materials up close.
  • The Mood Board Contest by Peldon Rose – A returning favorite, this contest invites participants to explore workplace design through a tactile and visual journey of textures and colors.
  • Sense of Space by Hoare Lea – A mixed-media showcase exploring how different sensory environments impact mental and physical wellbeing.

Introducing the Workspace Wellbeing Hero Initiative

A new addition for 2025 is the Workspace Wellbeing Hero Initiative, honoring individuals in workspace design who go above and beyond to support wellbeing through kindness, resilience, and positive workplace contributions.

This initiative recognizes those who foster inclusive workplace culture through acts of compassion, charitable efforts, or personal perseverance.

Esha Bark-Jones, Event Director, said:

“Workplace design shapes human experiences, and this initiative celebrates those whose kindness and strength make workplaces better.”

Winners will be celebrated on 27 February 2025, receiving recognition among industry peers and leaders.
