There’s a unique thrill that comes with New Year’s Eve, while anticipation, reflection, and celebration all swirl together as the clock counts down. Over time, our perception of a perfect New Year’s Eve naturally changes and wild nights give way to more intimate gatherings with family and close friends. Yet one thing never changes: the desire to spend the final night of the year with someone special, in a place that feels truly memorable. Whether you’re craving a high-energy nightclub, an exotic Asia-inspired setting, or a cosy restaurant nestled among the trees, these award-winning venues offer something for every kind of celebration

Japon in Miami Beach
As its name suggests Japon bar in Miami Beach is inspired by Japanese tradition. The Japon guests enter through a mosaic which depicts a crane. An animal that greets guests and cradles them in its wings represents elegance and natural beauty in Japanese culture. The design is covered with wall-to-ceiling feather titles, while its colour palette extends throughout the entire restaurant. To create the balance between the present and the past, the Saladino Design Studio combined modern greenish blue hand-painted glossy panels with patterns, lighting, and textures that represent the tradition of Japan. The ceiling, for instance, is inspired by old temples.

The fabrics reference the florals and scenery a crane can see through their flight, thus creating a coherent visual language across the space. A hand-painted glass mural guides customers to the seafood bar, private dining room, and a private bar decorated with intricate marble ribs and crane wallpaper. Modern twists in the furniture and lighting department provide a contemporary representation of the Asian culture. The winner of the Interior Design Cocktail Bar at LIV Hospitality Design Awards, Japone bar, promises a captivating New Year celebration for the admirers of Asian culture and design.

Bosco Gourmet Nest
Winner in Interior Design Restaurant – Theme, at LIV Hospitality Design Awards, Bosco Gourmet Nest by Hype Project presents an unorthodox blend of European cuisine with Nordic influences. The restaurant covers around 400 square meters of space and is located in the green oases of the Romanian capital, Bucharest. The space, with 96 indoor seats and an additional 60 on the terrace, is large enough for large and corporate New Year celebrations. Outside of the Holiday season, the restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with no imposed dress code, fit for an array of occasions, including business meetings, romantic dates, or family and friendly gatherings.

The glass walls and large-scale skylight allow for an abundance of natural lighting into the space, and in the evening, the architectural lighting transforms the space into a pleasant, comfy nest. From the wood generously used in the interior design to the tableware made of organic clay, the Gourmet Nest lives up to its name. The venue, surrounded by forest, represents a fantastic retreat for those who want to celebrate New Year’s Eve surrounded by nature.
