BXB Studio, renowned for its design of buildings and interiors (particularly single-family houses), also crafts distinctive furniture pieces. The Lotus Sofa is one of the first furniture designs developed by the studio, which had previously focused primarily on architecture and interior design. The Lotus Flower Sofa blends minimalism and contemporary design with the tradition of historical forms. While drawing inspiration from history and nature, Boguslaw Barnas has created a product for the future.

Rooted in harmony, this philosophy spans buildings, interiors, and furniture alike, including pieces such as the Lotus Flower Sofa. The project began with a simple idea: to create a recognisable, iconic sofa with a one-of-a-kind identity.
The Lotus Flower Sofa combines a modern, elegant base with stylistic accents drawn from Art Nouveau and Baroque traditions. The organic beauty of the lotus flower is embodied in its soft, natural lines, resulting in a piece with distinctive form and visual lightness.
Precisely crafted protected design
Crafted from high-quality soft materials, the cosy sofa features precise stitching that is comfortable and pleasant to the touch. Internally, it is supported by a steel and wood structure. The sofa is available in three colours: white, pink, and green, a palette designed to suit diverse interiors and personal aesthetics. BXB Studio has also protected the design of the Lotus Flower Sofa through copyright registration with the relevant intellectual property office.
Recognised in international furniture design
By combining a contemporary aesthetic with traditional design forms, the company created this lotus-flower-inspired piece, which has been awarded the SIT Furniture Design Award. The SIT Furniture Design Award 2025 is one of the most prestigious awards in furniture and interior design. At the 2025 edition of the awards, the Lotus Flower sofa was selected from more than 400 entries as the winner inthe Couch & Sofa Category.
