Nike Football has introduced its 2025 National Team Kits, having designed them to meet high-performance standards while also giving athletes the chance to share their country’s traditions, diversity, and sporting identity.

Each kit is built using Nike’s Dri-FIT ADV material technology, which was created to move sweat away from the skin to support faster evaporation, helping athletes remain cool, dry, and comfortable during sports activity.
The design actually draws from the movement patterns of the women’s game. To achieve this, the designers used advanced body-mapping techniques, 4D data, and digital design tools to determine which areas needed reinforcement, ventilation, and stretch.

Mesh and ribbed textures were added thoughtfully, as the designers were guided by overlapping data maps specific to women athletes. This enabled performance features such as compression and flexibility to be applied only where needed, leading to changes like a redesigned side panel that supports greater stretch and airflow through the core. Furthermore, federation crests on each kit are made with Lite Flex technology, a lightweight material intended to improve ventilation while reducing overall weight.

Sustainability was greatly considered throughout the development process. Among the kits, athletes will find elements made from Nike Grind, which includes pre-consumer manufacturing scraps, recycled post-consumer shoes, and unsellable footwear. In addition, Nike increased marker efficiency to 85% and applied digital tools to reduce fabric waste during production.
Alongside the technical aspects, each design allows athletes to proudly boast their country by incorporating graphic elements that reference the identity and heritage of the respective national federation.

The kits are released together with National Federation Collections, which include apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products designed to offer athletes and supporters a wider range of coordinated options.
