The showroom Le Stanze, shared by SpaghettiWall and Ferroluce in the Durini design district of Milan, has recently welcomed Innova as a third partner. Located just a few steps from Piazza San Babila, at Via Cino del Duca 2, the space occupies approximately 100 square metres inside the 15th-century Casa Parravicini. With an interior dressed in wallpaper, ceramic lighting, and upholstered furniture, the space was designed to reflect both the architectural features of the original building and the styles of the three Friulian (from the Friuli region of Italy) brands.
The layout of the showroom is set as a series of spaces with high ceilings and large slabs of marble as flooring. Most of the original details were left visible and serve as a neutral background for layered installations: SpaghettiWall’s wallpapers are used on walls and ceilings but also reinterpreted as scrolls and framed panels; Ferroluce presents its range of wall-mounted and suspended ceramic lamps in a variety of finishes; and Innova introduces customised seating, upholstered pieces, and accessories intended for both residential and contract locations. Furthermore, the interior also sees Gallura carpets and Berto storage units.
After more than a year of activity, the addition of Innova can be considered a new phase in the development of Le Stanze. The collaboration balances domestic and professional design contexts, as the space aims to not only present each brand’s products but also create discussions and foster collaborations. After the makeover, we can only expect a new phase to arrive soon, which will now be decided by the heads of the three brands: Federica Borgobello (SpaghettiWall), Giulio Valentinuz (Ferroluce), and Matteo Moro (Innova).
