This signature fixture is a dramatic study on how industrial wire mesh can be softened up. A sculptural light shaped by energy
The Nova Pendant Light moves away from familiar ideas of luxury lighting. Instead of crystal or polished metal, it uses industrial wire mesh shaped by hand into an expressive, cloud-like form inspired by a stellar nova – a brief burst of light suspended in space. Layered mesh panels in a molten-orange hue soften the material, allowing the light to pass through with a warm, textured glow.
Hand-crafted and intentionally asymmetrical, each piece appears to hover, with uneven edges and layered depth creating a sense of movement. The result is a sculptural pendant that recalls a suspended nebula or stellar explosion, casting bold light suited to dining areas and contemporary interiors, an approach recently recognised with the LIT Lighting Design Award in the Pendant Lamp category.

Environmental responsibility
Nova is designed with environmental responsibility in mind. The pendant is made entirely from recyclable wire mesh, avoiding composite materials and reducing waste at the end of its life cycle. Energy-efficient LED lighting keeps power use low and extends the lifespan of the fixture. Because each piece is produced to order, overproduction is avoided, while the lightweight structure helps lower the carbon footprint during transport. The modular construction also allows for repair or future updates rather than full replacement.
