Sustainability Through Thoughtful Material Choices

Sustainability is a core principle of Villa La Mer’s design, evident in thoughtful material choices. Glass, an essential element, contributes to the creation of environmentally friendly, low-energy buildings, with minimal environmental impact and efficient manufacturing processes. The inclusion of copper enhances sustainability, emphasising strength and longevity in outdoor applications.

The originality of the design shines through its modern architecture, which is characterised by a copper spiral staircase and a balanced integration of green spaces. The unique design attracts attention by creating a great sense of place, stimulating the senses, and encouraging exploration and engagement.

The villa strategically uses natural light, promoting physical and psychological well-being. The incorporation of special white plaster enhances the aesthetic appearance and also ensures durability against the harsh weather conditions of the UAE.

New thinking and originality

This apartment building’s modernist architecture and geometry were what made it unique. It is a distinctive structure that hasn’t been modelled after any other structure.

A spiral staircase made of brass that immediately connects the first-floor bedrooms with the landscape was also taken into consideration. The exterior and interior layout of the house are both organised and balanced, with a variety of green areas and trees that span the property.

Curiosity is aroused by making an eye-catching first impression that lets people wonder what’s inside. Such visual dominance makes neuroscientific sense or, at the very least, may be explained or accounted for in this way.
