The AMCH House is a residential project located in Adma w Dafnah, a city on the coast of Lebanon. The studio responsible for the architectural design, Batimap, created an innovative and contemporary design where the dark colours of the house contrast with the colourful landscape that surrounds it.
Residential design
The region’s architecture and nature inspired the design, however, the designers decided to give tradition a brand-new look. The entire home is an exploration of materials, sensations, and perceptions, as the designers decided to use geometrical shapes to their advantage. Circles, squares, and triangles make up the base of the design, all in a dark colour scheme, and are complemented by top-of-the-line technology and thoughtful attention to detail.
Batimap is known for how they blend technology, architectural theory, and art, adapting each and every project to its surroundings and residents. When working in the AMCH House, their vision was no different, having applied great attention to detail to create the highest quality spaces for the residents to enjoy a comfortable life amidst the beauty of Lebanon’s coastal environment.
Founded in 1993, Batimap is an architecture studio set in Lebanon, founded by Naja Audi, Roger Audi, and Anthony Audi. Their scope of work has evolved throughout the years, and their reputation hasn’t stopped growing as more and more people are exposed to their vision.
The studio specialises in architecture, interior design, product design, and contracting, all because of the skilled and experienced team that comprises it. Real estate is also an area tackled by the studio, as their passion for creating the perfect homes for their clients also led them to pair up existing structures with new residents, providing them with a new look and life.
