Measuring around 4.8 meters in length, the vehicle’s powerful presence is highlighted by distinctive LED headlights, a signature illuminated Volkswagen badge, and a full-length LED crossbar at the rear. This striking design ensures the Tayron is instantly recognizable on the road.

Inside, the Tayron continues to impress with a high-quality, premium interior. Depending on the trim, you can find exquisite materials like ArtVelours Eco microfibre, authentic open-pore wood, and illuminated decorative trim that enhances the vehicle’s luxurious atmosphere. Volkswagen’s commitment to comfort is evident throughout, with spacious seating for up to seven passengers and generous luggage space of up to 885 liters – ideal for long family holidays or weekend adventures.

The new Tayron also comes in a stunning range of colors: Pure White, Cipressino-Green Metallic, Dolphin Grey Metallic, Oyster Silver Metallic, Nightshade Blue Metallic, Grenadilla Black Metallic, Urano Grey, Oryx White Mother-of-Pearl Effect or Ultraviolet Metallic.

With a towing capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes, the Tayron is also an exceptional choice for those needing a reliable towing vehicle for trailers of all kinds. Whether hauling a boat or a horse trailer, its advanced Trailer Assist system makes maneuvering large loads easy, even on challenging terrain.

Cutting-edge drive systems

The Tayron introduces a diverse selection of powertrains, including mild hybrid (eTSI), plug-in hybrid (eHybrid), petrol (TSI), and diesel (TDI) options. At launch, the entry-level eTSI model offers 110 kW (150 PS), while the two eHybrid plug-in hybrid versions deliver system powers of 150 kW (204 PS) and 200 kW (272 PS). These plug-in hybrid models offer electric ranges of over 100 km, with long-distance travel capabilities of up to 850 km between refueling.

For those needing more power, the Tayron also offers a turbocharged 142 kW (193 PS) TDI, perfect for those seeking efficiency without compromising performance. Coupled with the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system, this engine can tackle road conditions while providing a smooth and responsive driving experience.
