Copenhagen’s 3daysofdesign returns from 18 to 20 June with a programme full of exhibitions, brand showcases, and spatial installations distributed throughout the city. The event continues to be largely decentralised, with venues ranging from flagship stores to repurposed historic buildings, giving participating studios and manufacturers space to present their works with the utmost creative freedom.
Among the confirmed participants, four stand out: Bankston is showing a new collection of architectural hardware developed with YSG Studio; Fritz Hansen is using two venues to highlight archival work and ongoing manufacturing methods; Tina Frey Designs is exhibiting a series of resin-based objects; and Bergs Potter is showing its ceramic planters and accessories in two curated spaces.
Bankston – The Streaks Collection with YSG Studio
Amagertorv 18, 1160 Copenhagen
Australian hardware brand Bankston is launching The Streaks Collection, a new collaboration with Yasmine Ghoniem of YSG Studio, which brings together a series of timber and bronze hardware pieces. The collection includes several pieces: door levers, cabinet pulls, sliding door hardware, privacy turns, escutcheons, and knobs. These products can be divided into three categories: the Headliners, Opening Tracks, and Supporting Acts.
The collection uses FSC-certified timber in combinations like American White Ash with Australian Blackbutt, American Walnut with Australian Red Cedar, and a more saturated mix of New Zealand Purpleheart with African Padauk. Several pieces are also available in bronze, which provides a different surface texture and weight. Key items include the Straight Streaker Lever, the Closet Streaker Cabinet Pull in three sizes, and the Lunacy Sliding Door Pull, all shown with full material and finish options.
Fritz Hansen – Shaping Lasting Design
Flagship Store, Valkendorfsgade 4 & Orangeriet, The King’s Garden
Fritz Hansen is hosting two locations this year, using both its flagship store on Valkendorfsgade and a temporary installation at Orangeriet in The King’s Garden to share its work with the world. At the flagship, the brand decided to focus on the relationship between production and longevity, using archival pieces, live demonstrations, and a heritage display to show how the company has evolved throughout the years while remaining consistent in form and quality. Visitors will see not only completed designs from various points in the company’s history but also examples of how these pieces are maintained and repaired.
At the second location, located in Orangeriet, the brand decided to put together a temporary restaurant furnished with Fritz Hansen designs that will be used throughout the three days. With both indoor and outdoor seating areas, this space is presented in active use, challenging the static quality of traditional exhibition setups.
Tina Frey Design – New Works and Collection Highlights
Store Kongensgade 95, Copenhagen
Tina Frey Design will be exhibiting at Store Kongensgade 95, bringing together new designs and timeless pieces from previous collections. Based in San Francisco, the studio is known for its high-quality, hand-based process: each object begins as clay, later shaped by hand and left with visible marks from the process. To finish, the items are cast in resin using custom moulds and then hand-sanded.
The exhibition includes both functional objects, such as bowls, trays, and vases, and larger sculptural and furniture pieces. Materials used include resin, brass, stainless steel, and copper-plated brass. The exhibition was designed to allow direct contact with the objects, with no glass or barriers separating the pieces and the viewer.
Bergs Potter – Ceramics at Fredericia and New Works
Løvstræde 1 (Fredericia Showroom) & Bredgade 42 (New Works Residence)
Bergs Potter will be bringing its ceramic pots and vases to this year’s event, with presentations at both Fredericia’s rooftop showroom and New Works’ Residence on Bredgade. All pieces are designed in Denmark and handmade using traditional ceramic techniques that have been passed down and refined since the company’s founding in 1942.

At Fredericia, the brand is participating in Intersections, a group exhibition that includes The Everyday Gallery, an installation designed to resemble a domestic setting, where Bergs Potter’s ceramics are integrated into an everyday-style interior design. Here, the brand will be presenting the large Københavner and Flora collections, a large wheel-thrown version of the Julie pot, the large Ada, smaller formats of Københavner and Flora, and several other styles, including Celeste and Lucca.

At New Works, in Bernstorff’s Palace, the brand will be part of a hospitality interior exhibition, with individual guest rooms, shared lounge areas, and even a champagne bar setting the stage. Here, Bergs Potter is showing the Cilindro and Julie pots in grey, placing them to frame corners, define room edges, and bring a sense of quiet, natural elegance to the hospitality theme.
