The third edition of Zurich Design Weeks is set to take place from September 12 to 29, 2024, under the uplifting motto “GOOD NEWS.” This year’s event will spotlight positive developments in the world of design, bringing together designers, brands, and enthusiasts in a vibrant celebration of creativity and innovation. Studios and shops across the city will open their doors, established brands will unveil unique innovations, and designers will offer exclusive insights into their latest work.
Visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of engaging activities. From the visually captivating Poster Safari, showcasing animated posters across the city, to public installations that transform urban spaces, Zurich Design Weeks is set to enchant and inspire. Guests can also dive into thought-provoking discussions during a series of lectures and workshops, while exploring studios and showrooms to meet the creative minds behind the designs.
A standout feature of the event is the Design Center, located at the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich on Ausstellungsstrasse, which will highlight outstanding graduation projects from Switzerland’s five top design schools. This venue offers a glimpse into the future of design, as emerging talents present their forward-thinking solutions and creative achievements.
The grand finale of the festival will be “neue räume 24,” an internationally renowned exhibition focused on interior design, taking place at Halle 550 in Zurich-Oerlikon.
