Vaask, founded by its lead designer Jon Olsen, has created a unique touchless hand-sanitizing fixture that is the perfect answer for companies that prioritize hygiene while also keeping in mind sustainability.
Vaask, the project, has recently won the Construction Product Design – Others prize at the prestigious BLT Built Awards 2023. The win enhances Vaask’s visibility and ensures that all modern interiors can have hygiene covered while also boasting a sleek design.

The Vaask Project
The most common problem found with hand sanitisers is that 80% of people report finding them completely empty, which, in a post-pandemic world, couldn’t be more worrying.
As an answer to this anxiety-inducing problem, the company Vaask – whose name derives from the Norwegian word for ‘wash’ – offers a sophisticated solution that goes beyond the ordinary.
