A luxurious vehicle manufacturer known for its outstanding technology and elegant design brings the same energy to its new series of watches. Three new watches from the Mercedes-Benz AMG series all boast reflection-preventing sapphire crystal, lightweight titanium, high-quality stainless steel, and scratchproof ceramic. All three are Swiss-made, which guarantees maximum precision and state-of-the-art craftsmanship.
AMG Business Automatic Chronograph
First of the bunch, the AMG Business Automatic Chronograph centres on performance. The watch that combines sportsmanship with classic elegance and emotional appeal is a perfect choice for both business and leisure. The Swiss SW500 automatic calibre from Swiss company Sellita is the centrepiece of the model, with dimensions of 43.5 mm in diameter and 15 mm in thickness. A look through the back sapphire crystal case reveals pearl-patterned, perlage finish and striped Côtes de Genève styling.
The watch that runs on 28,800 vibrations per hour is powered by the black-coated rotor and a manual winding crown mechanism.
A technology that combines black PVD-coated stainless steel and a titanium clasp with a titanium bracelet reduces the watch’s weight, making it comfortable to wear. The multilayered dial has luminous hands, applied indices, and a date window. AMG logo on the left and sub-dials’ red outlines complete the look. AMG Business Automatic Chronograph has a stopwatch function and is water-resistant up to 5 ATM.
AMG Watch, Essentials
AMG Essentials features a multipiece design characterised by overlaid surfaces and a Vision AMG-inspired tapered shape. The bezel, made of highly polished black ceramic, features a red outline that underscores the model’s sporty design. Titanium on the upper side and black stainless steel at the centre convey a luxurious feel at the wrist. The powerful Swiss Ronda 6004 quartz movements with a separate seconds hand offer maximum precision. The dial is made from a mix of materials named Globolight XP© with hand-applied numerals that are charged under the light, which allows them to glow in the dark. The AMG watch essentials is 10.5 mm thick, with a diameter of 40 mm, and the same water resistance as the AMG Business Automatic Chronograph. The sporty wristwatch comes with a rubber strap with a hidden folding clasp.
AMG Watch, Essentials chronograph
The third model of the series AMG Watch, Essentials chronograph, runs on a Swiss Ronda 503 quartz movement. The design, similar to AMG Watch, Essentials also features a multipiece design with a titanium and stainless steel mixture that provides a light, comfortable feel. The counterpart of the rubber strap goes to the inside of the folding clasp.
The black ceramic bezel with white tachymetre scale is the centrepiece of the clock that uses a sapphire crystal with antireflective coating to protect the 3D dial. The twelve numerals include four hand-applied numbers made from Globolight XP© luminous ceramic, while the remaining eight indices with Superluminova®. The dial boasts a brilliant AMG logo.
The watch dimensions include a diameter of 43 mm and 12 mm thickness. Just like the first two clocks, AMG Watch Essentials is water-resistant to 5 ATM. All three watches are available at Mercedes-Benz retailers starting October 16, 2025.
