The Oppenheim Group has expanded to Orange County with a new office in exclusive Corona Del Mar. Located on the iconic Pacific Coast Highway, our new office boasts unparalleled amenities designed to bolster relations between agents and clients.
A full bar sits at the center of the office serving cold beers on tap with custom copper shelving displaying authentic vintage boomboxes. A steel pool table (previously owned by singer Adele), a coffee bar with tailor-made wood cabinetry, oversized velvet couches, and a large bespoke ambrosia conference table complete the social/lounge space.
The Vault Room, marked by its personalized neon light, is a relic of when this building used to be a bank. Its floor and ceiling are covered in custom herringbone woodwork, and the walls are lined with a collection of vintage mirrors, Oppenheim Group wine, and succulent-filled walls. The Eames chair and mid-century bar cart invite you to pour yourself a glass of whiskey, lounge and relax.
Other indoor features include a kitchen with imported Greek cabinetry, separate cardio and weight rooms with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, modern Buster and Punch chandeliers and light fixtures throughout, and a second neon light by the back door, bidding you farewell.
Displayed in the front window is a one-of-a-kind retro Indian Scout motorcycle. Unique artwork, including made-to-order artwork by Mr Brainwash and James Goldcrown are also seen throughout the space, with designer potted plants adding additional pops of colour and warmth. The exterior 30-foot retaining wall on the north side of the building also features a custom mural by James Goldcrown and has become a focal point of the CDM community.
