Milan has long been a city where design thrives, and now, at 43 Via Manzoni, a new creative space has emerged. Manzoni Hub is a fresh destination dedicated to interior design and contract services, bringing together some of the best Made in Italy brands specializing in furniture, surfaces, and accessories. This space, coordinated by Alfa Project and its founders Alberto Parma, Andrea Crespi Reghizzi, and Francesca Aletti, is not just about showcasing products but also about offering support to professionals and private clients in need of complete design solutions.

A space designed for creativity

The interior of Manzoni Hub, designed by architect Francesca Aletti, is a dynamic mix of color, materials, and textures. The 135-square-meter space, spread across two levels, is designed to feel ever-changing, with each area evoking different types of environments. Whether it’s a cozy reading nook, a stylish boutique hotel lounge, a sleek office meeting room, or an elegant retail space, Manzoni Hub offers a bit of everything.

On the ground floor, three distinct rooms create unique atmospheres. One features deep petrol blue walls, green velvet seating, and a striking black, red, and glass mix. Another takes a softer approach with ivory walls, a grand Canaletto walnut table, and sculptural lighting. The third room reintroduces bold colors, combining brick tones with blue details and dark oak finishes. Despite their differences, the spaces are tied together through carefully designed details, such as the parquet flooring with a geometric brass inlay, elegant wood paneling, and satin brass handles, all designed by Alfa Project.

A tribute to Milan and timeless design

Manzoni Hub has thoughtful design references, blending historical and contemporary elements. The bathroom features teal wallpaper with marine-inspired patterns, while the staircase is covered in botanical textures, even incorporating the pattern into the risers. A brass leaf-shaped wall light adds a decorative touch, emphasizing the connection between nature and design.

Upstairs, a large wall illustration by artist Carlo Stanga celebrates the city of Milan, surrounded by suspended LED lighting with glass diffusers. Black and gold details mix with bright yellow and red accents, while large arched windows framed by wrought iron open up to views of old Milan, making the upper level feel just as rich in character as the spaces below.

More than a showroom

Via Manzoni has always been a prestigious street in Milan, and its growing design presence makes it the perfect home for this new creative hub. The founders describe the hub as:

“It’s not just a showroom, nor a house, nor an office – it’s all of these things together.”

With brands like Altreforme, Bross, Bang & Olufsen, EPÒNIMO, Essenze Design, Euroluce Light of Italy, and WallPepper®/Group, Manzoni Hub offers a curated selection of furniture, lighting, surfaces, and accessories that reflect both tradition and innovation. It’s a place where designers, architects, and clients can explore possibilities, get inspired, and bring their projects to life.
