Heading: Maison&Objet

Maison&Objet, one of the world’s leading design events, will open its doors to visitors today, from September 10 to September 14, 2026. For over 30 years, the event has served as an international benchmark of design, decoration, furniture and objects, through a variety of formats while also establishing a close connection with the crafts sector. Divided into two meeting points, the Maison&Objet in September has been renamed Pulse, while the January edition has become Maison&Objet Premier.

Maison&Objet Ambassadors Studio Masquespaci

For its 2026 edition, the event re-integrated itself with a new human-centred visual approach. The visual evolution, designed in collaboration with typographer Édouard Bérard, celebrates gesture and craftsmanship. Studio Masquespacio are the new ambassador of both Maison&Objet Pulse and Paris Design Week. The creative duo from Valencia, Colombian Ana Milena Hernandez and Belgian Christophe Penasse, explored design through furniture décor and retail, hospitality and residential projects. The duo, who designed a poster for the 2026 edition, will also present two installations at the fair and throughout the city.

Future on Stage

Future on Stage hosts three innovative start-ups: BAGUETTE Studio, Risette and LIGHTMASS^. Baguette Studio makes wax lamps with an environmentally friendly technique of rotational mouldings.

Risette is a design studio inspired by the humour and simplicity of Dutch design. Interactive cardboard and paper lamps executed in vibrant colours change appearance depending on light and angle, initiating interaction, while the whimsical corner mirrors transform the perception of space.

LightMass^, a project by RAW-EDGES, designed an elusive lighting pendant composed of a bundle of LED lights that appear as lines suspended in the air. Once illuminated, these mesh surfaces shine with architectural presence.

Three startups have been selected by the Future On Stage jury and will benefit from connections and visibility across the show and its communication channels.
