Lee F. Mindel has just expanded his Veritas Collection for RALPH PUCCI with new pieces specifically curated to the styles that are making global audiences lose their minds. Produced in the brand’s Manhattan studio, the latest additions include the Pont Royal Sofa, the Santorini Coffee Table, and the Circle Game chandelier, each developed through a process that prioritizes form, material, and craftsmanship.

Design and inspirations

The Pont Royal Sofa draws from Parisian bridges’ structural lines and historical character. It also references the aesthetic approach of Andrée Putman, a French interior designer, and the refined proportions found in Parisian architecture.

The Santorini Coffee Table, designed as a companion to the Santorini console and slightly based on the Rialto Bench, is shaped using Plasterglass, a material developed within RALPH PUCCI’s Manhattan sculpture studio.

The Circle Game chandelier shows the more playful touch of this collection, as its shape follows the geometric principles seen in the Double Take mirror.

Production and exhibition

Each piece is developed at RALPH PUCCI’s New York studio. Still, perhaps it’s best to hear about the production process from Mindel himself: “It was an honor to develop this collection and work with the team entirely in the Manhattan studio, especially post-pandemic.

On view until March 7th, the Veritas Collection was recently presented to early birds at Galerie 56, with a public opening following a preview. Visitors had the opportunity to experience the pieces firsthand, observing their materials and sizes while seeing different setups where these pieces were in the spotlight.

This expansion continues the Veritas Collection’s self-called “dialogue between architecture, travel, and design,” showing how these can influence the structure of furniture and lighting through a long process based on material experimentation and high-quality craftsmanship. Of course, we couldn’t expect less from this collaboration.
