VITA is a land planning and landscape architecture firm with experience in large-scale real estate development, including resort communities and residential environments. The studio focuses on master planning, land use strategy, and landscape design for projects across various regions.
“Our work begins with understanding the land—its opportunities, constraints, and context—then determining the most appropriate uses and developing a master plan around that.”
Don Vita, Founder of VITA
Managing Principal Lisa Baker, AICP, adds that the firm’s approach involves researching the site’s history, culture, and environment as part of the planning process. Baker also notes the studio’s focus on providing clear, consistent guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development Principal Liliane Stacishin Moura, who leads VITA’s global initiatives, describes the studio as combining a small-team approach with experience across international markets. The firm has worked on projects in 23 countries across five continents.
