Bugatti Residences Miami is a 60-storey tower of 183 apartments planned for a waterfront plot on the Miami River in Brickell, and the first residential building to have the Bugatti name in the United States. The $650 million development belongs to Prosper Group and Versluys Groep, who entrusted the architecture to Brandon Haw Architecture and the interiors to Yabu Pushelberg. Sales open in the first half of 2027, and four of the apartments will be penthouses.
The C-line
Brandon Haw Architecture has since revealed that the main inspiration for the tower’s design comes from the cars, including the C-line, the curve that runs along the side of the Veyron and the Chiron. On the Chiron, that curve is a 2.8-metre strip of aluminium alloy set at window level. From the renderings shared by the brand, this line will take the form of a white band with rounded corners that runs all the way around the building and is lit at night.
More than an aesthetic detail, the original band takes in air from behind the front pillar and channels it out through the wheel arch. The shape goes back to Jean Bugatti, the son of the company’s founder, Ettore, who used it on the Type 50 and the Type 57 series in the 1930s.

Service by Rhodium
Once the owners move in, the building will be run by Rhodium, the company Bugatti chose as the operator for its residences worldwide, whose investors include Monaco’s royal family. Owners get a white-glove butler service, and the brand says the service side was planned from the very start of the project. Apartment sizes, prices and a completion date have not been published yet.
“Miami has become the global epicentre for wealth migration, institutional business and sophisticated living, making it the natural home for Bugatti’s branded residences development debut in the United States.”
Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group
The residences market
This is only Bugatti’s first building in the US, but the brand is no stranger to such luxurious ventures. In Business Bay, Dubai, Binghatti developed a tower of 171 apartments (the Riviera Mansions) and 11 penthouses (the Sky Mansions). Two car lifts were designed to carry cars from the garage all the way up to those penthouses, and the development was given a Riviera-inspired beach, a private pool and a jacuzzi spa.
Branded residences, which are apartments designed, sold and run under the name of a brand, are no longer rare in Miami. Bisnow, a real estate news platform, counts 42 branded projects under construction in the city and another 73 in the planning, and close to half of them have names of brands that, much like Bugatti, have nothing to do with hotels. By the time sales open in 2027, then, the Bugatti name will be competing with dozens of others in the same city.
